Wk 12 — Art Activity — New Friends

2. Before this activity, I only knew his name. I didn’t know him at all.
3. I’d like to think that I know them quite a bit now.
4. It does seem like a way to make new connections in a time of isolation like this.
5. Just video chatting and talking could be a good way because people could start talking and just randomly start saying facts about themselves and starting conversations about it.
6. The platform we used was just regular SMS messaging on the phone. It was very easy and we communicated very well. I think using Instagram would’ve been good too because I use that a lot but he didn’t have it so we used SMS messaging instead.
7. Padlet was somewhat simple. It took a bit to make my project because I was trying to put things in order and every one of my posts was moving around so I had to keep track which ones were needed to being moved around.
8. If I were to attempt to keep in contact with people professionally, I would use the same tactics. I would either use Instagram or a certain social media or my phone number in order to keep in contact with people.
