Company #1: Eyewax Films

Job position: Internship

What they do: Eyewax Films is a full-service video production company in Los Angeles. In their long line of work, they have dealt with clients from all sorts of fields. They have experience in all sorts of videos like music videos, marketing videos, short films, live music, documentaries, and commercials. What I believe I could bring to the table are editing skills. Also, in their desired skills you have to be a student pursuing a degree in media or video production, you also have to be fluent in English but it would be a bonus if you were fluent in Spanish too. If I were to apply for the job, it would give me the opportunity to travel outside of the united states, to me that would be a great opportunity.

Company #2: Warner Brothers

Job Position: Internship

What they do: Warner Brothers is a well-known company that has made multiple famous shows like the Looney Tunes series, Batman: The New Animated Series, Superman: The Animated Series, and Justice League. It also owns Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Adult Swim, and part of The CW. Although I may not be able to animate or draw very well, I can do other sorts of errands and shadow people, and learn from the people I shadow. Once I gain enough knowledge about the company and how they work, I think I might be able to create a cartoon idea that could make them a lot of money.

Company #3 : Internship USA/ IIEEX

Job Position: Internship

What they do: It is a program that helps students in NYC get the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with filmmaking and help them launch careers in media and film. What I can offer is video editing services and assisting others in any way I can. One of their qualifications is to have experience with video editing softwares like iMovie, Adobe Suite, etc. Although I have not used those softwares I have edited my own videos for my film projects.

Editor #1:Robert Fisher, Jr.

Website: https://www.linkedin.com/in/robert-fisher-jr-96b228a/?trk=public-profile-join-page

How they present themselves: Robert Fisher Jr. is a well-known person so it wouldn't take much to present himself. He has lots of years of experience working with some of the biggest film companies known to man. Those companies involve DisneyToon Studios, Fox Television, The Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios, Universal Cartoons, and many more. And based on the films that he has edited, he does extremely phenomenal work. Back in 2018, he edited the most popular spider-man film “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse”, a film that anyone would love even if they weren’t spider-man fans or a Marvel fan at all.

Editor #2: Tyler J. Smith

Website: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tylerjsmithoffficial/?trk=services_seo_search

How they present themselves: On their LinkedIn profile, he’s very organized. He has information about the services he provides, information about himself, and the experience that he has. His profile also shows which colleges he’s gone to and for how long along with his skills and the tools that he uses to do his job. His main three skills are Video Production, Social Media Marketing, and Video Editing, and tools that he has used include After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere Pro. Lastly, it shows that he’s been featured in promos on the NBA and The Masked Singer and he’s got an online clothing store called “Pop Up LA”.

How I would present myself on a website: If I had my own website, I would put as much info as I can showcasing the experiences I’ve had in my life working in the film industry. The first thing I would do is place my resume on my website so that people willing to hire me could easily view my life of experience of video editing within the work industry and the companies that i have worked with. I would also show pictures of the films that I have worked on so that people can possibly see that I would be able to make their film look really good. I would put clips of some of the movies that I’ve worked on on my website for clients who may not have seen the movies I worked on. Lastly, I would also write an introduction about me explaining that I always look forward to working with whoever is hiring me and that I would try my very best to make their films award-winning material
